If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at the Site, emailing our Customer Service department or placing an order, we may provide you with service related announcements concerning the Site or contact you regarding your customer service requests or your order. Motor City K5 seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every on-line order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.

E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.

Motor City K5 reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy in the future by posting changes at this location and we may make changes at any time without notification.

If you are a registered member at Motor City K5, you can change your personal information at any time by updating your information at check-out.

We are confident that your visit to Motor City K5 is secure and safe. However, you may choose to call us directly to place your order over the telephone. Please call Customer Service toll free at 810-225-3436.

Most parts will be shipped UPS, smaller and lighter parts can be shipped through USPS. We will help to provide you with the most cost effective and efficient solution. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available for additional cost. These orders must be placed before 1pm to meet shipping deadlines.

Orders typically ship the following business day the order was placed. Not all parts are available to ship the same or next business day, such as custom made per order products. These are typically listed on the product's description page. You will be promptly notified if a product is delayed due to a manufacturer back order.

Some parts are too large or heavy and must be shipped truck freight. Before your credit card is processed, you will be contacted with truck shipping options and prices. It will be cheaper to ship truck freight items to a commercial address rather than a residential address.

International orders are accepted. The shipping will be quoted and emailed for customer confirmation prior to processing credit card.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type with a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. All returns after 30 days are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Motor City K5 will not accept returned goods without Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all return orders. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Motor City K5 website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Motor City K5 and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the website at any time.

BUYER and/or USER assumes all responsibility for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of these products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUYER hereby waives all claims against SELLER arising from the use of these products and waives all remedies or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise (including without limitation any obligations of SELLER with respect to fitness, merchantability, and consequential damages), whether or not occasioned by SELLER's negligence. SELLER expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. BUYER acknowledges that this disclaimer is a material term of this agreement and agrees to indemnify SELLER and hold SELLER harmless from all claims related to or arising from installation and/or use of the product purchased. It is BUYER's responsibility to ensure proper installation and use.

By purchasing any product through this website, BUYER acknowledges and agrees:

All notices from Motor City K5 to you may be posted on this website and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by you five (5) days after the date sent.

By providing your card information and completing a purchase, you authorize Motor City K5 and our payment processor to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees disclosed at checkout. You represent that you are the authorized cardholder or have the cardholder's permission to use the card.

All card transactions are processed through a PCI DSS–compliant payment processor using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers.

If your card is declined or a transaction fails, your order will not be processed. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method. We are not liable for any fees your card issuer may charge in connection with declined or failed transactions.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). For international orders, currency conversion rates and any conversion fees are determined by your card issuer and are not controlled by Motor City K5.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our payment processing, legal requirements, or business practices. The version posted at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.
