Q: What shipping options are available?

Most parts will be shipped UPS, smaller and lighter parts can be shipped through USPS. We will help to provide you with the most cost effective and efficient solution. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available for additional cost. These orders must be placed before 1pm to meet shipping deadlines.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Orders typically ship the following business day the order was placed. Not all parts are available to ship the same or next business day, such as custom made per order products. These are typically listed on the product's description page. You will be promptly notified if a product is delayed due to a manufacturer back order.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

Some parts are too large or heavy and must be shipped truck freight. Before your credit card is processed, you will be contacted with truck shipping options and prices. It will be cheaper to ship truck freight items to a commercial address rather than a residential address.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

International orders are accepted. The shipping will be quoted and emailed for customer confirmation prior to processing credit card.

Q: What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type with a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. All returns after 30 days are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Motor City K5 will not accept returned goods without Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all return orders. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
