Description

Hitachi Super Torque Race Starter.  Hi-performance Hitachi OSGR, 2.68hp (2.0kw), 12 volt, CW, 9-tooth pinion.  Will fit Chevrolet small block and big block 262-454 CID V6-V8, w/auto or manual transmission, w/153 tooth or 168 tooth flywheel (up to 18:1 Compression Ratio).  

Upgrade the old, heavy Delco 10MT design to a hi-torque Hitachi OSGR design (Lester 16584).  Ideal for hi-performance, marine and street rod applications. 
Includes shim kit and 2, 3/8-16 x 4" bolts (3/8" shank, 9/16" hex drive).

100% new rotatable mounting pad, 3-clocking positions.

Components: 79-81107 Mtg. shim kit.
Will replace Lester part#3510, 3631, 3838, 18493
Dimensions: 230mm OAL
