Rear Lift Blocks (Pair), 5" Flat w/9/16" Pin w/1/2" Offset, 69-91 Blazer. These blocks have the pin offset a 1/2" to re-center the axle within the wheel well on newer application where the rear leaf spring is mounted on an angle.
